About AmeriTex
AmeriTex Home Care was established in 2004 by a home care consultant, Cheryl Castelli, RN, BSN, after recognizing a need in the local market for an agency that was managed by an experienced home care nurse. For twelve years prior to establishing AmeriTex, Cheryl held the position of emergency room charge nurse and nursing supervisor for a major Dallas hospital, managed a multi-location home health care agency, and provided consulting services throughout the state of Texas. She and her husband Kevin, a veteran of the U.S. Army and experienced business and sales manager, have developed the company into a preferred provider of home health services for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Dallas. We partner with One Source Home Health Consultants, Inc., and we have passed all compulsory surveys for all applicable State and Medicare Regulations with "Zero Deficiencies" since we opened for business. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, and we are Medicare and Medicaid Certified.
